From 1 January 2028 e-invoices are mandatory

In Slovenia, every business will have to send and receive invoices to and from other businesses (B2B) and the public sector (B2G) as e-invoices. A PDF sent by email is not an e-invoice.

You send e-invoices

Every invoice to a company or a public body goes out as a structured e-invoice in the eSlog 2.0 format, through a provider, to UJP too.

You receive e-invoices

Your suppliers' invoices have to come in as e-invoices too. iziBiznis receives them for you, for free, and keeps them next to the ones you issued.

All in one archive

Issued and received e-invoices are in the archive, searchable by recipient and date, and exportable as PDF or XML.

Send an e-invoice in three steps

  1. 01

    Enter the tax number

Type the recipient's SI tax number. The name, address and registration number are filled in from AJPES.

  2. 02

    Dates and items

Issue date, due date and line items. Tick whether you are VAT registered and we do the VAT.

  3. 03

    Send and follow

The e-invoice goes out through a provider in the eSlog 2.0 format. Every invoice you issue is in the archive, searchable and exportable as PDF or XML.

Received e-invoices in the same place

Stop hunting for supplier invoices in your inbox. Received e-invoices come into iziBiznis and are kept the way the law requires.

Receiving e-invoices is free in every package.

  • Free receiving of e-invoices from suppliers and other businesses, in every package
  • 10-year legal e-archiving through the DMS integration (package XL)
  • Issued and received invoices in one archive, searchable and exportable
